ABOUT OUR AGENCY

RUSSELL AND ASSOCIATES is a professional investigative agency owned and directed by John L. Russell 3.

In 1973, at the age of 24, Russell became the youngest licensed investigator in the state of Florida. At 26, Russell was the youngest president of FAPI, the Florida Association of Private Investigators, then the most prestigious association in Florida. Russell served as CEO for FAPI for 10 years and lobbied for passage of the state licensing reforms in 1980. In 1983 Russell formed the Bureau of Missing Children, Inc., a network of Private Investigators that donated their time in the location of over 1,000 missing children. Russell is a Martial Arts and Dive Instructor, Course Director and is the author of several books involving the Investigative and Recovery (repossession) professions.

We are composed of male and female operatives experienced in all phases of the Investigative industry and a complete secretarial staff.

Our primary concern is providing our clients SERVICE and RESULTS becoming an asset to them.

FACILITIES

All employees are equipped with cell phones for 24 hour communications. We have the best high-tech photographic and anti-surveillance equipment available. We are insured for $1,000,000.00.
